OUR APARTMENT STYLE LAYOUT IS INCLUDED WITH OUR HOURLY RENTAL RATE. ENHANCED LAYOUTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH ADDITION FEE.
Our signature apartment-style layout is included with every Oak Room rental. Designed to feel warm, comfortable and residential, this setup gives guests a mix of dining, lounge and casual seating.
Tables, chairs and linens arranged for a fully seated event.
The room is transformed into two comfortable lounge areas, while maintaining open space on the other side for standing, conversation and movement throughout the event.
A functional table-and-chair configuration designed for collaborative, instructional or presentation-style events.
